Umweltschutz u. Wasserwirtschaft Uniform

Here is a little known uniform from the Umweltschutz und Wasserwirtschaft (Water Management Department) of the DDR. Similar to our EPA, this department had authority over environmental matters within East Germany. This tunic, with blue over red shoulder boards, indicates a Major in Water Management.
