Grabbed this a week or so ago and was curious if anyone here could maybe tell me approximately when it was made or maybe who mad it?

I'm not too knowledgeable about this medal, but I've only seen one other mini with the top hanger like yours, and the person who had it said it was Turkish made. No idea, but that's what I was told. That is quite a different hanger.
