I found pictures of this online, but no info on what it is.  It's a very small pin no maker mark, no writing appears to just be symbols. Please help with ID and any info, thanks.

Looks like there were different degrees of this award. And I assume since this has no writing on the back,  that it's an unissued award?

No, just the basic membership badge. As you moved up in grade the badges got way more cool.
