Well I stumbled across an image showing this helmet worn by the Indian army while researching Iraqi helmets used during Desert Storm. The two rivets on each side that secure the chinstrap were the features that I used to find a match. You will notice that the two rivets are not level. Here are some examples of the India helmet.
