need help on ss items real or fake?

got these ss items in when star trek the next generation aired on tv, there are more stuff but not to waist any bodies time i'm just showing these for now,  i'm almost sure the two notes might be real but the one on top far right is made from white thick paper. don't know anything on the ss ration folders any thoughts will help

Worth looking into, here is a fake with the Pfg that has been cropped, so this is a fake one, what color is it, brownish or black ??
