Is this a Belgium belt buckle?

I posted this in "can you identify" and a member suggested it might be Belgium.

Does anyone know for sure either way?

Would you happen to have a picture of a soldier wearing this buckle?

I don't have picture about this buckle, I just know that this kind of buckle ( with lion head ) was used by the " garde civique "
