I picked this up in a house. I know practically nothing about imperial items. Hopefully someone can tell me what they think. It's probably fake but I would appreciate any help.

The badge is marked with a crown on the reverse and the back definitely has a silver look to it. The finish on the front is worn off. Thank you for any and all help!

This badge is a reproduction/fake.  The hallmark is the First World War hallmark of Wilhelm Deumer, a jeweler in Lüdenscheid, Germany who is still in business at Gartenstraße 5-9, 58511 Lüdenscheid, Germany.
