Unknown Beret badge. PAKISTAN RANGERS - PUNJAB

Seller has no idea on ID.

Beret is still sealed in plastic bag.

This was a needle in the haystack:  Pakistan Rangers - Punjab

 

I had to use the Google search words "Foreign Ranger Insignia". 

 

I did think the crossed lances suggested something from the old British empire.
