Unknown Filipino Airborne Shoulder Patch 1950s.

Anyone know? We would gather it may be for a 1st Airborne Brigade or would it be more likely a Battalion?. Its a  mid 50s photo we think, that has traits as we see of the American, like the Para Cap Patch and Signal Corps Collar Discs, but with the Philippine Parachute Bade in metal.
