BUT oak leaves are NOT used for Vasaloppet, but ear of wheat - associated with the "kärve" (sheaf).

 

Is pic #1 (top) really for Vasaloppet then?!

Kind of seems like a hat badge to me, with the prongs on the rear.

 

I've heard that the wheat had been used often outside of the SNF...I too have a wheat stickpin that I have been told is not party-related, I will need to dig it up
