Rakkasan187 Posted January 30, 2022 Share #2 Posted January 30, 2022 Ken, These type of vertical hanging pennants could have been used in a number of fashions; NSDAP Party halls could have had these adorned around the room and these could have been suspended from second floor walkways to hang down.
