Philippe de Gaulle Son of Charles, did you know he's alive still and is 100 Years Old!

Philippe de Gaulle just past last week, he was 102.

Philippe was an great Admiral, he is now burried at "Colombey les deux églises" wtih his wife and his tow parents, Charles and Yvonne.

Yes, he was in the Navy a long time, 42 Years, 1940-1982, even more years if you take his being a Cadet at the French Naval Academy, École navale. though it seems he fled to England before he graduated in June 1940, so it seems he was an Enlisted Rate the first three years or so  while in England before he became an Officer., or at best still a Midshipman, an Aspirant.
