Advice on these two tunics Please

Hi , Thanks for the add . Looking for some info on these two uniforms.

1 . WW2 dated 1944 Aston Reid London Women's tunic but has pre 1953 badges for Women's Royal Army Corps pre 1953.

Would this of been a WW2 ATS tunic ???

2. This is a tunic for a Deputy / Vice Lord Lieutenant , He would been a Colonel or above to be allowed to wear is army uniform .

Would this be a WW2 Officers tunic ????
