Tonomachi Posted August 15, 2022 Share #2 Posted August 15, 2022 It is a prewar Soviet 1930s Osoaviakhim Pvkho Ready for Chemical & Antiaircraft Defense badge. It was a paramilitary civil defense organization and referred to as the Society of Assistance to Defense Aviation and Chemical building. This was a large organization of a couple of million members which is why you see a lot of these badges which has been copied. It came with a certificate like the one in the photograph below.
