There is a thin lace/cheesecloth type of material with this design sewn onto it, between two pieces of postcard cardboard. They look to be for all the UK forces at the time. Although the multi-flagged one would be for all the Allies too. Just noticed that there is no USA flag in the group of flags so before 1918 for sure!
