Japanese shoulder bag

HI, this was full of ww2 Japanese med supplies but i cannot find it in any of my books, I also thought i saw a similar bag being carried by a U.K soldier..thanks in advance

The quality looks Japanese to me, like I said I am no expert, I don’t even collect Japanese stuff, just using my best judgement!
