I 'think' what you have there is a Swedish M1926. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1926_helmet_(Sweden) I wasn't aware this model was also supplied to Finland and Norway so it is possibly one of theirs. As already stated above this helmet was used by several countries and in several contexts so any markings could give a clue on where it was used.
