River Rat1 Posted August 13, 2023 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2023 Got this about 12 years ago. Steve Mcqueen used to own the civilian one used it in motorcycle racing. This is a German Airforce issued one during the 1950's. Has the Hanhart flyback movement a cool feature. The German Air Force always had great issued watches. This was a problem child when I got it. Ended up sending it to a vintage Hanhart specialist in Germany who had the parts and know how to get it into running shape. They came in stainless case and the plaited snap back case that mine is.
