triplecanopy Posted August 19, 2023 Share #4 Posted August 19, 2023 Definitely Malaysian. Here are Malaysian Lt. Colonel insignia. Their rank symbols are Very similar to British tradition. The pips are 1 for 2nd Lt, 2 for 1st Lt, 3 for Captain. One crown for Major, One crown and 1 Pip for Lt. Col and 1 Crown and two pips for full Colonel.
