Japanese WW1 Victory medal and 1914-1920 medal

Here are a couple medals that I just acquired recently. The ribbon on the 14-20 medal is frayed some but seems to be holding up well. The victory medal is in better shape.

That's a good medal!

 

You may already know the contents, but the following contents are engraved.

 

①Medal with a male figure
・Five flags: Japan, Italy, France, England, and the United States ,etc…
・Upper text: Battle to protect civilization

・Left and right text: From 1914 to 1919
・Lower text: Allied and associated Powers

 

② Medal with national flag
・Ribbon: Service Medal
・Medal: From 1914 to 1919, Comrade in arms
