Projectiles found from cave in Okinawa

Was recently relic hunting with my son in Okinawa cave while visiting him during his time stationed there.  We found all 3 items near each other and believe the 2 bullets are 7.7 Arisaka's but we can't figure out what the odd shape projectile on the right is.   Anyone have any ideas?

Interesting. This reminds me of earlier this year when I was walking along a beach in Shizuoka, an area not particularly known for any military significance in WW2, and unexpectedly found what I believe was an unfired Japanese 20mm oerlikon gun cartridge case washed up on the shore. A reminder that the war is not as distant as it seems.
