I have the name of the man, but not sure if this is actually WWII production? been searching web, but nothing similar turns up. The Kanji-character says "died May 29, 1945," which coincides with the period of WW2. Japanese news is broadcasting an article about WW2 war dead, and there is a photo of an urn similar to your post.
