Picked up a nice wartime Japanese photo album.  Has a mix of uniform shots and a facing page that hopefully will be a clue to more info. Any help appreciated!

The posted document said the following.

"This postcard set was produced with donations from the public. We hope you will use it as a memento of your time in the army.

July 1945 , 4th anniversary of the China Incident

 Donation Department of ARMY"

It looks like the postcards have been used up.

Looking at this, I think it is related to soldiers who participated in the battles in China.

I think you mistyped. It is July 1941, not 1945.

But it does seem to be China related. The cover has a Japanese soldier approaching what looks like a mainland Asia style city wall entrance.

Also, looks to be a mix of photos but some seem consistent with China, judging from winter uniforms and what little can be seen of the background.

Many thanks.

You are correct, July 1941 to be exact.
