JAPANESE WWII CIVIL DEFENSE ARMBANDS

The first item is for an IJA NCO who works on duty for a week.

This was a WW2 Japanese military system in which the wearer was responsible for patrolling barracks and fire prevention.

I don't know the details of the second item, but I think it has something to do with China.

Reading the text, it seems to be an item related to a military-related company that existed in Qingdao, China.

It indicates an employee who distributes food.

It looks like it's Chinese, but I wasn't sure if the word military meant the Japanese army or the Chinese army.

Although the name of the company "頤中公司", does not exactly match, it is said that a Chinese company that supplied cigarettes to the Japanese military had a similar company name.

Mr. Busido, thank you for the detailed response.

I used Google translate on the second and it indeed is for a company that supplied goods to the IJA, and yes, "Yizhong" sounds more Chinese than Japanese..
