East German patches? Found lot

I just came to ownership of a bag full of patches , tabs , heraldic lions and some type of felt arm bands and was wondering if anybody is familiar with these items and what they might signify

None of these appear to be East German in origin.  The small German flag in the lower right was worn on West German army jackets (perhaps still, I don't know for sure), the diamond patches are think are French army, and the lion patches are Belgian army.  The star shoulder slides at the far right might be Iraqi in origin.  (During the Saddam period, these shoulder slides were used, but the rank of using two stars has been used by other countries too.)  I'm unsure of anything else.

I second the last post. And yes, the small German flags are still worn on German field uniform sleeves today.
