The small German flag in the lower right was worn on West German army jackets (perhaps still, I don't know for sure), the diamond patches are think are French army, and the lion patches are Belgian army. The star shoulder slides at the far right might be Iraqi in origin. (During the Saddam period, these shoulder slides were used, but the rank of using two stars has been used by other countries too.)
