WTS: Mortar level, British

From my investigations, this is a British Mortar sight dated 1944.  Don't know anything about British indirect fired weapons.  Does anyone know what caliber/model mortar this goes to.  What's it worth, and how do I find it's new owner (a buyer)?

I believe that is a Clinometer for the British WW2 3inch Mortar.

 

There are quite a number available online which I've seen for £55.00 / $69.00 upwards.
