Mexican Wings, Pilot or Paratrooper?

Not sure if these are Mexican Pilot's or Paratrooper wings. High quality for Mexican inisignia.

I believe they are their slightly older but current enlisted basic paratrooper wing.  I say older because their current wings have a bright finish like our Sta Brite finish.  There were two series prior to this design.
