vintageproductions Posted August 6 Share #1 Posted August 6 While cleaning out some boxes in the back of our showroom, I found a bag with these Mexican Air Force wings in it. Some I can figure out, some I can't. Does anyone know what the specialty marks are on the shields? Thanks in advance. This one must be aerial photographer Radio Operator? I know the cadet wings are half wings but they are usually silver in color. Why are they gold, and why do they face two different directions? Salvage Sailor Posted August 8 Share #2 Posted August 8 Hi Bob, I do not have a source for these FAM specialty wings and I'm very interested in their positive identification. This being said, I'll take a few SWAG's... Radar Operator? ANGLICO? (Air/Ground Liaison) The first few look like Mechanical Specialties (Prop Mechanic, Machinist, etc.)
