AK22 Posted January 11 #1 Posted January 11 I’m attaching a photo of my father-in-law (rest in peace) in his uniform. My understanding is that he was conscripted into the RTAF in the 1970s. I’d love to have any additional info that can be gathered from the photo if possible. Thanks!
AK22 Posted January 11 Author #2 Posted January 11 I actually just found the meaning of the ribbons here. It’s four ribbons commemorating various religious and royal occasions between 1957 and 1972.
Tolzer Posted January 11 #3 Posted January 11 He is Airborne qualified. Thailand jump wings just above the ribbons. If you need one of those, please drop us a note.
AK22 Posted January 11 Author #4 Posted January 11 Great to know! I’m also attaching a pic of his cap badge. I think it’s just the general RTAF insignia.
