My brother brought these back from DESERT STORM.  Looks like unused Saddam's Navy Lt. should boards.  Unpacking some of my stored away stuff and ran across them again.  Kind of neat; prior to that time I didn't even know Saddam HAD A NAVY 😆  Enjoy lookin' & Best regards, Allen
