vintageproductions Posted April 22, 2019 Share #176 Posted April 22, 2019 The M-42 pullover was an improvement from the earlier obviously based on man in the field feedback.Gone are the chest slash pockets.Added are the front thigh pockets.Added is the Air vents as the previous had none.Added is the camo loops on both sides.The elastic waist was brought up higher.New patterns were added and existing stocks of earlier patterns were used up till stocks were drained.Quality was still good but after viewing many examples its obvious this began to slip.One note.Its accepted the angled pocket is type 2.I believe its actually type 1 and follows the Fur lined Winter parka cut already in production along with traditional Rock tunics.For not getting into earlier numbering I will follow accepted numbering.I present the M-42 camouflage Pullover.
