Tropical blouse and shorts.

Dog looks like he's hovering...doesn't want to sit in the hot sand...

 

Our bomb dog in Afghanistan did the same thing, he wasn't fixed and if he sat he'd burn his...you knows...so he'd hover. Handler thought he was being gaffed off until one of us put it together

You're right. I never noticed that. He seems to be panting a lot also. The climate was probably tough on these guys (dogs).

Another grave photo. This time to a guard dog named Harras. Notice that Gef. (Gefallen = killed in action) is used.
