Lots of different sport shirt emblems.  Here are a few more Police versions to look for.

 

The first one is Pol. General Daluge with the Berlin Police and the second on is a tournament with various police agencies represented.

The Luftwaffe one, very interesting right, worn as an Undershirt if you will. Here a man of the 16th Feld Division captured by the British in Operation Goodwood.

Very interesting indeed. I just added an Army shirt-removed eagle, but I'm hoping to add a LW version soon.

More Polizei vests seen as well as a SS one, and a Luftwaffe one, the Luftwaffe one curiously is a T-Shirt affair, or is he wearing a White T-Shirt under the vest???.

An RAD one

SS Vests that are we assume are Red, got a rather inconclusive indication that this photo is in 1944 in Denmark, if true, not sure what unit these guys are in, maybe SS Security troops or in one of those two Independent Panzer Grenadier brigades, the 49th and or the 51st SS Panzer Grenadier Brigade.
